Return/Exchange Conditions:
Returns or exchanges are not applicable if more than 5% of the perfume has been used.
Product pickup and exchange may take 5 to 10 days (excluding holidays).
The 15-day return window starts from the delivery date.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for any issues with incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
Free doorstep returns are available, except in cases of change of mind or customer error. In such instances, a one-way shipping fee of 150 PKR or a two-way fee of 300 PKR may apply.
After the return is received, we will inspect and verify it for a refund within 48 working hours.
Packs of 5ml and 10ml are non-refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
